Do you fix Xbox HDMI ports?
Yes — a no-signal Xbox is usually a damaged HDMI port, which we replace and test.
My Xbox Series S will not read a disc — can you help?
The Series S is the all-digital Xbox and has no disc drive by design, so it cannot read discs at all. Disc-drive repairs apply to the Series X and the Xbox One models; on a Series S we look instead at HDMI, storage, or power faults.
Can you fix Xbox controller stick drift?
Yes — we repair or replace the thumbstick modules that cause drift.
Can you just swap in a disc drive from another Xbox?
Not as a straight swap. On the Xbox One and Series X the Blu-ray drive is paired to the console — a unique key stored on the original drive's own controller board is matched to that specific motherboard, so a used drive from a different Xbox is rejected and will not read or eject discs. The proper fix is transferring the original drive's key to the replacement drive board (or repairing the original board), which is why we first diagnose whether the fault is the laser, the belt and gears, or the drive board before ordering any part.
