Do you replace the whole motherboard?
No — we replace just the HDMI port via micro-soldering, which is far cheaper than a board swap. A full mainboard is only ever needed in the rare case where the HDMI encoder chip behind the port has also failed, and we test for that before quoting.
How long does it take?
